Saltwater Inn is only two blocks to the beach. This room sleep 12-13 people This suite has 4 bedrooms, a living room, and 1.5 bathrooms Bedroom 1: queen bed Bedroom 2: full bed Bedroom 3: bunk beds (full bed over full bed & twin size trundle) Bedroom 4: bunk beds (full bed over full bed & twin size trundle) Located on the 2nd floor of the inn and comes equipped with a mini fridge This is 1 of the 9 rooms that we offer at the SaltWater Inn.

House rules

- Light breakfast is served (pastries/fruit/coffee/tea)

- Check-in is at 3pm, check-out is at 11am. Early check-in and late checkout available for a fee.

- Cancellation policy: 50% will be fully refunded for cancellations 30 days prior to a reservation. Any cancellations within 14 days or no shows will be charged the full room rate for the reservation. All cancellations must be emailed to [email protected].

- We do not supply beach towels umbrellas or beach badges, but we do have some beach chairs!
- No pets allowed.

- Absolutely no smoking/drugs/alcohol on premises.

- Private parking lot with 7 spots based on first come first serve basis.

Guest access

Guests will be provided with a RemoteLock code to enter building/room 2 days prior to their stay. Please check messages for this code as you will need it to get in.

Interaction with guests

SaltWater Inn works with remote lock, upon arrival guest will be sent a code to enter room.

Other things to note

Parking lot is on a first come first serve basis. Please note that each room is allowed 1 vehicle in the parking lot in which you will provide us with car info for. All other vehicles can utilize street parking.
