Saltwater Inn is only two blocks to the beach. This room sleep 6-7 adults and/or 1-4 children. This suite has four bedrooms, a living room, and one and a half bathrooms. Bedroom 1: queen bed Bedroom 2: full bed. Bedroom 3: twin bed Bedroom 4: bunk beds (twin over full). This suite is located on the 2nd floor of the inn and comes equipped with a mini fridge. House rules

- Light breakfast is served (pastries/fruit/coffee/tea)

- Check-in is at 3pm, check-out is at 11am. Early check-in and late checkout available for a fee.

- Cancellation policy: 50% will be fully refunded for cancellations 30 days prior to a reservation. Any cancellations within 14 days or no shows will be charged the full room rate for the reservation. All cancellations must be emailed to [email protected].

- We do not supply beach towels umbrellas or beach badges, but we do have some beach chairs!
- No pets allowed.

- Absolutely no smoking/drugs/alcohol on premises.

- Private parking lot with 7 spots based on first come first serve basis.

Guest access

Guests will be provided with a RemoteLock code to enter building/room 2 days prior to their stay. Please check messages for this code as you will need it to get in.

Interaction with guests

SaltWater Inn works with remote lock, upon arrival guest will be sent a code to enter room.

Other things to note

Parking lot is on a first come first serve basis. Please note that each room is allowed 1 vehicle in the parking lot in which you will provide us with car info for. All other vehicles can utilize street parking.

My group and I had an amazing stay at the Saltwater Inn! The setup was perfect for us and the location was fantastic—everything was within walking distance, making it easy to explore the local area. Josh, the innkeeper, was friendly and attentive, making sure every detail of our stay was perfect. The amenities, like the convenient ice machine, were also thoughtful touches that enhanced our experience. We had a great beach weekend and enjoyed our stay in Belmar!

The inn was exactly what we were looking for! Across two families, we had two adults and three kids for 3 nights in the middle of the summer season, and the inn was our reliable and comfortable home base. It was a quick, mostly-shaded walk to the beach and downtown. The innkeeper, Josh, was extremely accommodating and friendly. The continental breakfast was a great surprise. All around, this was the perfect setup for the quick beach trip we were after.
